My private practice in Beacon is focused on supporting and helping women manage stress, anxiety, muscular tension, and fatigue in a safe and nurturing environment.

My goal for each session is to assist your body in the healing process, relax your nervous system, and provide a brief escape from the everyday.
The times listed below are hands-on. Maximum benefits can be achieved with regular sessions.

Am I the right therapist for you?
Women come to me for postural issues, repetitive stress pain, caregiver burnout, emotional trauma, and/or for healthy touch. My clients are working women/moms, SAHM, retirees, seniors, and women of all ages.
I do not participate in any insurance plans, and I do not work with MVAs or other injuries.
